Establishment of community health care system and health promotion by positive approach

I make a study of the method for establishment and evaluation of community health care system, and I want to contribute for community developments that build up people’s health, especially searching for the function of health centers and public health nurses. My research intersts focus on the health promotion by the positive approach such as “laughter”.
