Research theme and outline

Development and propagation of healthcare information standards

We have been collaborating with domestic and international development organizations to research and develop standards in the healthcare domain. I am also working on the development and dissemination of standards in collaboration with international standardization organizations.

Research on open science in the healthcare domain.

For 20 years, we have been studying the use of open source software in the healthcare domain. I have played a major role in Open Source Working group of the International Society for Medical Informatics in these years. We are also expanding our research on the use of open data and its application to open science.
