About WHO Collaborating Centre

The World Health Organization (WHO) Collaborating Centre is a designated center to develop international WHO programs. More than 800 research institutions and university research offices from approximately 80 countries cooperate. The Department of International Health and Collaboration is responsible for WHO Collaborating Centre on Integrated People-Centred Service Delivery. We have also been developing a project for fostering personnel by focusing on two workshops, which we conduct jointly with WHO. Such activities of the WHO Collaborating Centre are closely associated with the areas that promote Universal Health Coverage (UHC). We have been contributing to WHO activities/strategies, with an aim to strengthen the regional health/medical care system by promoting domestic and international studies on the status of providing health and medical care services.
