Research on human resource development in the medical and welfare professions.

As we live in the age of 100 years, there is a growing interest in learning and learning support for “working people”. So far, I have researched and practiced on human resource development for “working people,” focusing on the nursing profession and the office worker. Based on my past research, I would like to research that contributes to human resource development for welfare workers who support needy people and families.
