Research theme and outline

From the perspectives of health literacy and behavioral science, I conduct research to support people in taking a proactive approach to their health and making informed decisions. Amid the overwhelming volume of health information, I aim to help individuals select information that aligns with their values and lifestyles and build healthy habits in their social environments. Ultimately, I seek to identify implementable interventions for people who are less engaged with their health, and effective approaches to public health nurse workforce development, thereby contributing to health promotion that leaves no one behind.
