〇long-term, overall evaluation of public health experiences

　In order to create and promote public health policy, we study to evaluate efficacy of past public health policies using health statistics such as vital statistics. For example, we have estimate the excess death associated with influenza pandemics and epidemics in Japan after World War II, and have compared the efficacy of vaccination policy and pharmacutical medicine. We have shown that the ”Social Defensive” schoolchildren vaccinationprogram in the 1970s and 1980s was more effective than the ”Individual Defensive” vaccinationprogram in the 2000s.to reexamine the relationship between the excess death and the vaccination system in Japan
