Research theme and outline

I conduct research on social security systems and health policy, informed by my clinical experience as a practicing pharmacist.
Regarding the rising costs of healthcare, I consider it important not only to evaluate medical technologies through cost-effectiveness frameworks, but also to understand healthcare-seeking behavior and decision-making, and I investigate the impact of policy changes in this context. In addition, I conduct research on productivity losses associated with illness and caregiving burden, with the aim of contributing to the appropriate allocation of limited healthcare resources.
