Department of Built Environment for Health
The environment surrounding buildings has changed significantly in recent years. This is due to various efforts to prevent global warming,
the enactment of the Energy Conservation Act for buildings, improvements in productivity and health management in offices.
Our research and studies are focusing on evaluating the physiological and psychological effects of the built environment and health.
Additionally, our research and studies address critical issues such as infection control in healthcare facilities and elderly care facilities,
the development of healthy indoor environments for dwellings, and residential facilities in the event of a disaster.
