Research theme and outline

Public Health Nutrition for community health promotion

Through research within Japan and international cooperation activities, I conduct a study on a methodology that people consume healthy food through life-course based on characteristics of each community and country, from both theoretical and practical perspectives. My goal is to develop a comprehensive method for evaluating the appropriateness of dietary intake, which affects physical and mental health.
