Learning together for solution

Health challenges are common throughout the world. In low- and middle-income countries, along with issues such as low nutrition and infectious diseases, the same issues as those in high-income countries, such as medical insurance systems and Non Communicable Disease are emerging. In international cooperation field, the concept of “global health” is getting popularity, which involves not only technology transfer but also learning from each other about common issues among high-income countries and low- and middle-income countries, and applying this knowledge to mutual improvements. From the perspective of health systems, we will conduct research on learning from each other to solve problems through overseas projects.
