Research theme and outline

Food hygiene is fundamental to human health and is extremely important. However, the training of food hygiene inspectors and slaughterhouse inspectors responsible for food hygiene relies heavily on on-the-job training and is not well organized. Therefore, I would like to study the human resource development methods of foreign regulatory authorities and methods of training food hygiene personnel, and establish methods that will contribute to the development of food hygiene inspectors and slaughterhouse inspectors.
